feliz cumpleaños, ash!

We toasted Ash last Friday, enjoying sangria and tapas at Costa Brava. Our meal consisted of boquerones, pollo al ajillo, gambas al ajillo, aceitunas, chorizo, and patatas bravas. But the surprise hit of the evening came in the form of bacon-wrapped dates in a balsamic sauce.
